Who we are

What we collect

Only what you provide in the request form: name, mobile number, email if given, service and case type, request details, hearing or appointment dates, the other party's name, preferred contact method, and attached documents. We do not collect visitor data through tracking cookies, advertising or analytics tools.

Why we use it

To review your request, check for conflicts of interest, contact you about it, and prepare the engagement agreement if one is made. Never for marketing.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent given when you submit the request, which you may withdraw at any time.

Storage and security

Requests and documents are kept in a private Google account (Sheets and Drive) accessible only to the site owner, and are transmitted over an encrypted connection.

Sharing

Your data is never sold and is not shared with any other party without your consent, except: where an engagement is made in Saudi Arabia, the licensed Saudi law firm receives what is needed for the engagement and your representation, with your consent; or where required by applicable law or a competent judicial authority.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an engagement, with their documents, are deleted within twelve months of receipt. Engaged matters are kept for the duration of the professional relationship and then for any period required by law and professional obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] quoting your reference number.

Applicable law

We observe the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts. External links such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook are governed by their owners' privacy policies.
